Trial rules: A checkout cannot identify your physical PC; eligibility is enforced by the server using email and any available order IP. Device/HWID restrictions require supplier activation support. 60 minutes from first activation; a one-time key; one trial total per customer or Shopify-reported public IP address across all eligible products. Enforcement is performed by the license/fulfillment system, not by browser code. Shared networks, changing IP addresses and VPNs can affect eligibility checks.
HOW IT WORKS
FROM TRIAL REQUEST TO ACTIVATION
Choose a game
Pick one trial game. Each eligible customer can only receive one trial across the entire catalog.
Complete the $0 checkout
Place a $0 order for that game. Checkout alone does not grant another trial or guarantee key delivery.
Receive a license key
Eligibility must be checked before delivery. If approved and inventory remains, Novinzo issues a 60-minute evaluation key.
Activate your trial
Activate the one-time key. The license system must limit access to 60 minutes from first activation and prevent reuse.

Is the software trial actually free?
Eligible trials are listed as separate $0 products. The checkout should show $0 before you confirm the order. If it does not, don't complete checkout and contact support.
How long do trials last?
Each approved trial is for 60 minutes, beginning at first activation. The new trial key issued by Novinzo and license server must enforce that limit; a $0 Shopify order does not start or end software access.
Can I claim multiple free trials?
No. The policy allows one free trial total per email or Shopify-reported public IP address across all games, even with a different email or account. Eligibility must be verified by a secure server-side process before any key is issued; devices on shared networks may be affected.
Do I need to purchase a paid license first?
No paid purchase is required for a trial product listed at $0, but availability and eligibility still apply.
When will my trial key arrive?
If your email/IP is eligible and keys are in stock, delivery occurs after the $0 order and verification. Orders are not automatically approved merely because checkout succeeds.
What if a trial key does not arrive or does not work?
Contact our Discord support team. Include your order number, but never share your private license key publicly.
