Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of colasoftware, purchases of digital software, license keys, downloads, and related support (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Effective October 14, 2026.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, your account credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Do not share accounts or credentials in violation of an applicable product license.
2. Digital products and cheat access terms
Products are digital software or time-limited license keys. The license duration stated at checkout controls your purchase. A Day license typically indicates 1 day, Week 7 days and Month 730 hours where described. Unless the specific product explicitly states automatic renewal, these are one-time purchases of access for the selected term, not automatically recurring subscriptions. The license does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.
3. Activation and delivery
Delivery, account access, and activation instructions are provided after payment through the fulfillment method described with the product. You are responsible for verifying compatibility and the correct license duration before activation. Delivery delays or failures should be reported promptly to support.
4. Strict prohibition on reverse engineering and abuse
You must not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, bypass technical restrictions, circumvent licensing or activation systems, tamper with anti-abuse controls, distribute unauthorized copies, resell license access without permission, or assist others in doing so, except where applicable law expressly prohibits restricting such conduct.
We may suspend, disable, or permanently ban your account and associated license access immediately, without prior notice and without an obligation to disclose our investigation or provide additional explanation, whenever we suspect attempts to reverse engineer, copy, tamper with, circumvent, or misuse the software or Services. Such action may include a permanent ban from purchasing, accessing, or using any current or future colasoftware Services, to the extent permitted by law. We may also investigate abuse, preserve relevant records, and pursue available legal remedies.
5. License revocation
Licenses are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing. Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices and taxes displayed in the hosted checkout determine the amount charged. Digital keys can lose their resale value once redeemed. Our Refund Policy explains how unactivated and activated orders are handled, subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Updates and compatibility
Game updates, operating system changes, anti-cheat changes, drivers and third-party services can affect software behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular performance result, or compatibility with every system or game version. Third-party game names are used only to identify relevant categories and are not endorsements.
8. Third-party rules and permitted use
You must comply with applicable law and third-party game, platform and publisher rules. You are responsible for understanding consequences of using software with third-party services. colasoftware is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Services. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and support
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. The terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect when the order is placed, except as otherwise required by law. For order issues, use our Discord support link or the contact email once published in the site configuration.
Free evaluation trials (60 minutes)
Each free trial key is intended for a single 60-minute evaluation from first activation. The maximum is one free trial total per PC or public IP address across all supported games; changing accounts or requesting another title does not create a new entitlement. Eligibility and license limits must be checked using secure server-side controls before key release and at activation. Where these checks are unavailable, a $0 checkout alone does not confirm eligibility or guarantee delivery. Shared IP addresses may affect trial eligibility; contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
