Privacy Policy
This privacy notice describes how colasoftware handles information for browsing, support, and checkout. Effective October 14, 2026.
1. Information collected
To process purchases, the checkout provider may collect contact, billing, and transaction information. The storefront may store your selected cart items in your browser. Support requests may include order information and communications you choose to send.
2. How information is used
Information is used to process orders, deliver or support cheat software, respond to inquiries, protect against abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Hosting, checkout and third parties
Your site hosting provider and checkout provider may process technical or transaction information to operate their respective services. Discord support involves visiting a third-party platform subject to its policies.
4. Advertising and cookies
If advertising is enabled, ad partners may use cookies or comparable technologies subject to their policies and your choices. Additional consent disclosures and a consent management platform may be required, particularly for some locations. Advertising is disabled by default until configured.
5. Retention and rights
Records may be retained as needed for transactions, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Contact support for applicable access, correction or deletion requests, subject to legal exceptions.
6. Contact
Use our Discord support link or published support email for questions about this policy. Add your business legal name and a direct privacy contact before deploying.
Free trial abuse prevention
To apply one-trial-per-PC/IP eligibility rules, our fulfillment or licensing providers may process IP addresses and device identifiers at order review or activation. Device data is not reliably available from a static website or Shopify checkout alone. Use only the information necessary for fraud prevention; publish your actual collection, retention, disclosure and appeal practices before enabling device/IP checks. Access to a shared internet connection does not necessarily mean a shared computer.
